Remedy

Remedy
© L.Ponce. D. Grissom, M. Wells
Feeling weak, my knees are shaking
Missed a beat, my heart is aching
Thinking of you is gonna make me crazy
Dreaming of you is gonna make me wake
It’s not fair when the fine aren’t free
I don’t know if I can let you be
I need a remedy
I need a remedy, for what I’m feeling
For this malady
If the diagnosis is love
Oh, until they find me a cure for love
Crossed my mind, that maybe baby
You could decide, to show a little charity
Keep away from my open window
Save your charms for somebody else
Those blue eyes will make a liar of me
I don’t know if I can let you be
I need a remedy
I need a remedy, for what I’m feeling
For this malady
If the diagnosis is love
Oh, no remedy
‘Cause I’m in trouble
The strings on my fiddle go humming when I see you
My wheels keep turning down your drive
And I pretend that ring is from a cracker jack box
I need a remedy
I need a remedy, for what I’m feeling
For this malady
If the diagnosis is love
Oh, until they find me a cure
